Internet, the best friend of study?

Internet has changed to the face to the education and therefore the study methods. The three " w" they are the first passage to an infinite world of possibilities that hide after a single click and which they excessively lighten the service load that supports many students. And it is that to day of today one becomes impossible to imagine an academic consultation without Internet like ally. The problem arrives at the time of resisting the information or selecting between the great amount of the most trustworthy documents. It is there when one demonstrates as Internet has helped us to make our tasks although it is necessary to say that its selective capacity has dozed and of reasoning. This educative change gives to passage to the call " ciberplagio" , or what is the same to adopt and to present/display like own ideas, theories and hypothesis of others to elaborate an own academic work. The plagiarism has always existed in the education, the danger arrives from the increasing dynamics that has in the last taken years after the irruption in our lives from Internet. If the affirmative answer were asked to him the students of any Spanish university if it has copied something of Internet and even complete works would be majority. The students forget the ethics and go to the comfortable thing. This is something that as future professor I would like to correct.

The advantages that the digital blackboard owns are the following ones:

• The digital blackboard is very easy to use; quickly the necessary thing is learned to begin.
• It supposes an inexhaustible source of information interactive multimedia and available of immediate way in the classroom.

• The access to the information is realised of immediate way. It is not necessary to spend long time to prepare materials; it is enough with knowing his existence in Internet.
• It makes possible the collective use in class of the telematics channels of communication (electronic mail, chat, videoconference…).
• It is a clean technology that does not give problems. If it is necessary, it is possible to be done without precise her, so that if a day does not work system or Internet gives problems, simply is realised the class without the electronic slate, like was made before.
• It makes possible that the classes are more dynamic, showy and audio-visual, facilitating to the students the pursuit of the explanations of the teaching staff.
• The students are more kind, motivated and interested in the subjects, even in those surroundings in which he is difficult to maintain the discipline.
• The students have a more active paper in the class activities, participate more, have major autonomy and have more opportunities to the development of so important competitions in the present society like looking for and selecting information, to carry out works multimedia and to present/display them to the companions…
• It turns out simpler to take advantage of the contributions that can make the students from their diversity.
• The students can see in class material that they are in the network and who soon they will be able to review in detail in house.
• The teaching staff increases his self-esteem professional: he uses the technologies effectively outposts, he improves the educational task, he improves the formation of the pupils, explores in Internet and he investigates in the class.
• Continuously they are learned new things.
• The world of outside the classroom is related to the one of the classroom through the information that contributes Internet on the press, the television programs.
• It facilitates the treatment of the diversity, since it allows the presentation of a great variety of resources.
